Try it and tag me! d’EATS -1/2 cup olive oil -3/4 cup granulated sugar -1/2 cup plain greek yogurt -2 eggs -1 tsp vanilla -1/3 cup hot coffee (sub hot water) -1 3/4 cup all purpose flour -1/2 cup cocoa powder -1 tsp baking powder Chocolate frosting -1 cup melted chocolate chips -1/4 cup unsalted butter -1/4 cup milk -1/4 cup powdered sugar How to: Start by preheating your oven to 350F In a large bowl combine your olive oil and sugar. Once mixed add your eggs and vanilla and mix again. Add your greek yogurt and combine. Add your dry ingredients and hot coffee (or water) and mix until all the dry ingredients are incorporated. Transfer your batter to a lined 9” pan and place in the oven on bake 350F for 35-40 minutes. Allow your cake to cool completely before adding your frosting and enjoying! Frosting Melt your butter and milk in a small sauce pan on medium low heat until barely simmering. In a small bowl add your chocolate and powder sugar. Pour your melted butter and milk onto and allow it to sit for 5 minutes before stirring. Stir until chocolate is melted and a smooth consistency forms.
