My brother moved out there in 2002, purchased his plot at City Beach and built for a total of $less than $1m. Had it valued in March at $19.5m - that’s how crazy the prices have grown in WA. 😳😳😳

I've just finished and moved into my new build about 12 months ago in the Alkimos area. Overall a positive experience. main issues were trade shortages, building and land title delays. From what I hear this isn't as big an issue anymore however cost has increased quite significantly. happy to answer any questions you might have.
