A couple of things that help me is to take the needle out of the fridge at least an hour before I want to take it, pinch a big chunck of belly,45 degree angle of the needle and inject slow xx

Really recommending to get the pen. It’s much easier and I find it hurts very less. I also started with the needle in the stomach and I started lately with pen to the leg.
