I once was told that knowing the future is changing the future as nothing is set in stone. You expect a certain outcome, but knowing what that outcome is, prevents you from taking the needed steps, thus the outcome changes.

he ran away from a life he was happy with for fear of ruining that life when all he had to do was make the choice to stay and not kill anyone just as he didn't want to. what I take from this is when we live authentically we manifest the life we want regardless of fate and when we live by the words of others it guides us on a path that is not our own.

I’m grateful that, at the time I became interested in tarot, the internet didn’t really exist and I was too poor to afford a book, so I was able to develop an intuitive connection to the cards. I think it must be more difficult these days with so many opinions. I was also specifically told by the woman who gave me my first deck that cards don’t have the ability to predict the future anymore than I did. That they are a TOOL for clarity. And that’s how they’ve always best served me.

Tarot... can only read Current energy. If youre using it for divination, its used by reading the Current energy and where things are most Likely to go... I tend to stay away from reading too far ahead. Astrology, tho 😏

Spirit likes to go “spoilers” usually playing in my head in River Song’s voice from Dr.Who. lol the observation and choice in our actions is kind of the whole point. Surrendering to uncertainty and allow the choices to come with a loose framework for future goals held right now. Putting a story to things should cause it to manifest in our path. So we are told to watch our thoughts our words, and our intentions. There are just many paths through the probability soup of the future experiences.
