I ask in an interview, " How many days is it ok to miss work in a year?" The liers say none with no further comment (Trouble), Some say more 10 or higher (Trouble), The Good ones talk about their great attendance at their precious job and they only missed if absolutely necessary ( which i ask for example). And they say they understand how important it is they be at work and that their employer and coworkers rely on them being there. (Good!)

I had to have a tonsillectomy at 48 but I worked for 8 months getting strep on and off the whole time. This is called being an adult with adult responsibility. I don’t feel bad for you sweetie. Most adults work sick.
