@mrwollas: Ps: I’ve been doing this stuff since 2017 and know exactly what do and when to do it and I’m only releasing this to give you guys a bit more of a full picture on direct ways to go around structural misalignment, not to give you any suggestion/advice. So unless you know a thing or two about l biomechanics and physiology you should reallly just go to a postural/craniosacral chiropractor specialist or to take a CES program to learn safely how to do self chiropractic work.
