I had the same issue with their cords not working with my case but I got their fancy charging block, too and their cords did NOT fast charge any of my devices. I have a Galaxy S22 Ultra and a Galaxy Note 10+ and my kids have iPhones, the cords didn't fast charge anything while plugged into their fast charge block. They also broke within a month of buying them and I have never broken a charging cord in my life. I got a Walmart Onn brand fast charging cable, plugged it into their charging block and it fast charges my phone, so the black and green block is good but not with their cords.
