Just called the Hilton- he is out of work for today- they say no voicemail but they do offer to leave a message for him (woman then put me on speakerphone) I thanked her for giving me a bigger audience she said she wasn't on speaker- told her she lies about as poorly as her boss. Then I provided my feedback.
