Instead of a hot water bottle, fill an old sock with rice and microwave it. Easier to mould and wear while carrying on with the cows 💜

My partner had terrible periods and it turns out she had endometriosis. Periods are crampy but shouldn’t be painful to tears.

Girl I know how you feel. I have the same problem. I get severe pans too. If you are still getting a lot of pains you should get that checked with your GP. I did and I got told I have Endometriosis it’s very painful but you should look after yourself. Get the sticky heat pads (dealz have them the red box. Their brilliant I used them in work and it’s very soothing and the heat is brilliant. Hope you feel better soon 🥺💖

Fiona if ur able to take nurofen as in your not asthmatic or dont usually suffer with your stomach ..take 1 nurofen 400mg express and 2 buscopan together the nurofen for the pain and buscopan for cramps I promise this works otherwise switch out the nurofen for parasol extra ❤️hope this helps loads of water too!!

nurophen plus is the only thing. panafol is only useful for a mild discomfort.
