ooohh myyy 👀 As someone who works in healthcare compliance, this is a HIPAA violation. I get that some of y’all are saying “Patel is a common name,” but it’s not just about the name combining the doctor’s name, appointment time, and the fact that the person is receiving care can count as PHI. That’s a breach. This could absolutely lead to disciplinary action, termination, and even federal fines depending on the employer and policies…. Whew😮
