@glowwithella: Mint Chocolate Chunk Ice Cream 🌱🍦 Ingredients: - 1.5 cups heavy cream - 1 cup full fat milk - 1 cup mint leaves (not packed — I used the chocolate mint variety) - 1/2 cup sugar - 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste - 1 dropper chlorophyll (optional, for color) - 1 bar dark chocolate Recipe: 1. Roughly chop mint leaves and add to a bowl with sugar 2. Rub together mint and sugar between your fingers for 2-3 minutes to release oils for maximum flavor 3. Pour over cream, and use a blender or immersion blender to pulse to create finer mint leaves 4. Add in milk, vanilla and chlorophyll, pulse again 5. Add base into an ice cream maker to churn 6. While churning, chop up chocolate chunks 7. Once you you a couple minutes from reaching desired consistency, add in chocolate chunks 9. Serve and enjoy!!!!
