I have the same injury for 3yrs now, after 6month I can play football. But for like a year now after every match or training I feel pain. And I cannot play a 40 to 50 meters pass I'm afraid if I shoot the knee too much it might lead to another issue. What can I do to get rid of the pain?

- *Pain management:* Techniques like ice, heat, and electrical stimulation to reduce pain and inflammation.
- *Range of motion exercises:* Gentle movements to improve knee flexibility and reduce stiffness.
- *Strengthening exercises:* Targeted exercises to strengthen the surrounding muscles, such as the quadriceps and hamstrings.
- *Proprioception exercises:* Training to improve balance and proprioception (awareness of body position).
- *Functional activities:* Gradually progressing to functional activities like squats, lunges, and agility drills.
