as a Brit in Italy, this is not good bread. only used to make toast, Italians get sandwich bread from a bakery. for equivalent sandwich bread try UK kingsmill or hovis.

If you live in Italy you know that we don't eat this kind of bread every day...we use It to make toasts, and It doesn't happens very often...we usually buy fresh bread, that Is complitely different.
In general we consider this kind of bread a very poor quality food.
PS: Mulino bianco Is one of the worst brands, even thoug Is highly advertised.
