Dude… Energy is prohibitively expensive in Germany. Running an AC will ruin you financially.

Summer hardly exists in Germany. If you’re lucky you would get maximum like 3 weeks of get sunny/warm weather and rest of it is cold/rainy/cloudy days. So it doesn’t make sense to install AC to use for that short duration
