I purchased a new builder in 2019. I did not seal the grout. biggest regret ever! I've since sold/moved & made sure my current home is sealed.

We need this! We have the extract same tile and our tan grout was never sealed. (The person we hired to do it bailed on us before moving in 🥺) Seal your grout everyone!!!
