that's not the highest drivable road in Washington. I know of two roads that are higher.

Love Harts Pass and Slate Peak! The Pasayten is stunning. Slate is Washington's second highest lookout after the D-6 cupola on Mt Adams. It was in service from 1921-24. It remains the highest Lookout in the entire US.
