got some advice on what to use garbage quality matcha for? I got a bunch and don't wanna bake with it lol it's insanely bitter and doesn't become tea well it all just sits at the bottom

If ya'll have a Keurig with a hot water setting on it, it is the perfect temperature for tea brewing imo. Gives me great steeps every time

fun fact, I grew so accustomed to burning my shredded green tea in the bag that I kinda prefer it 😅 I'm working on refining my palate back to better standards! I love your green tea as a cold brew, it's amazing 🤩

I’ve had a green tea from Yunnan sourcing it was Yunnan Green Spring Snail Bi Luo Chun Green Tea. It was way too vegetal and it may sound funny “green” for me it was like putting a handful of grass in my mouth with chestnutiness on it. It wasn’t very good. I used low temperature and steep time so was it just not a good green tea for me? I got your sampler and hope that that one’s a little better suited to my palate. So far I’ve stayed away from green tea because of it but I guess we will see.
