Pine straw does look good, BUT it can be flammable and it can attract certain insects. 😬 Just keep an eye on it. I do love how it looks though!

Pine Straw is gray and I’m a landscaper. You can tuck in the edges with a blower just maybe watch a YouTube video first so you don’t blow them everywhere but they’re good for the plants and they’re cheap and way easier to install.

Use a leaf blower to roll the front edges of the straw in the beds. Gives it a finished look. Aim the blower down toward the ground and go up only as much as necessary. Takes a minute to get the hang of it.
