TREATMENTS pls do protein treatments i was doing all of this n have anemia and low iron n my hair was still breaking off, i had to get a big chop. now i do treatments every 2 or 3 washes n its helped so much i can see growth every time i straighten my hair

Took me a long time to realize that about moisturizing you should never get to very dry point. But only because I introduced rosewater/water did I even discovered that. Pretty much until they starting making the misty sprays + 10 years after that 🤣🤣🤣
