Our builder did Dover white and it’s sooo yellow!! But it depends on lighting and natural lignting. I’ve seen it elsewhere and it’s great but we hate it in our home lol

So glad I’m seeing this!! I bought Dover white for my office and hallway outside of it, and I was still nervous!! Glad most people agree this is a good white!

Apparently, you have to look at the LRV which tells you how reflective the paint is. So a high LRV that is adjacent to say a window with a big green tree, will make the white look green. Also some off whites will look different, like more yellow if the undertone is yellow, depending on the trim color, so bright white trim may make the off white on the walls look kerry gold yellow. And that's just simplifying it, you factor in direction of light coming in, and other things.....I'm like damn it really do be a science
