What does karma look like for the fearful avoidant? It might look like they moved on. New relationship. New life. New beginning. And from the outside, it might even look like happily ever after. But karma doesn’t always look like punishment. Sometimes karma is simply having to keep living inside the patterns you refuse to heal. A new partner doesn’t automatically create a new attachment system. A new relationship doesn’t erase shame, fear of intimacy, abandonment wounds, or the belief that eventually you’re going to disappoint the person who loves you.
