my acoustic I got in February came with action similar to that height it is higher than what it should be but if you take it to a specialist or a guitar shop they might be able to fix it for you I still need to get around to doing mine but don't worry it's not u un- playable it's just harder to play

Hi also someone who started on classical and still play with it. PLEASE DON’T GET ANOTHER ONE THIS IS THE PERFECT WAY TO START. The action is not high it’s the norm for a classical guitar if someone says otherwise it means they play an acoustic or electric, these guitars have much harder strings so they must have low action, the classical guitar strings are soft and easy to press that’s why you see the action is a bit higher. Also mastering the classical will make you master ANY type of guitar. Playing the classical made switching to electric and acoustic much much easier for me so please don’t switch your guitar it’s perfect

i can help you, the action of the guitar is pretty high you can get a tool to fix the action and lower it, the tool is called: allen key you should loose the strings before you use the allen key, and watch a yt video to know how to use the allen key in the guitar
