You can’t quantum leap into your new desired reality if your nervous system is in a funk and YOU don’t feel subconsciously safe to receive what you consciously want.  Your nervous system = YOU.  Your nervous system = how you experience your world. It holds what feels safe to you based on past experience.  Your nervous system = habits, beliefs and emotions towards your current and desired life.  Your nervous system = holds the habits that are setting you back from your desired life In the form of protection.  So how do we create safety to quantum leap to our desired reality? 1. Get to know our personality that makes up our personal reality: Your personal reality IS the current state of your nervous system. Your personal reality is your current beliefs, values, thoughts and traits that come from experience, emotion, repetition and conditioning.  Ask yourself: 2. What do I want.  3. Does my beliefs, values, thoughts and traits match this life. Do I feel capable, worthy and able to achieve this?  4. What beliefs, thoughts, habits and traits are setting me back from achieving this?  5. Am I sabotaging myself? IDENTIFY & GET CRYSTAL CLEAR:  6. Get CRYSTAL clear on what you want.  7. Identify the thoughts, beliefs and traits this version of you engages in.  SET GOALS:  7. What steps do you need to take to get there? Do you have what you need?  8. Make yourself reliable.  9. Don’t procrastinate. Get it done.  REGULATE YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM.  There’s no doubt old patterns, beliefs, thoughts, habits, emotions and reactions will resurface. That’s because they’re still embedded and hardwired in your nervous system.  10. When an old pattern resurfaces pause before you react - become conscious.  11. Take note of when these happen & don’t beat yourself up 14. Engage in a regulating activity. Anything that makes you feel safe. Try EFT tapping, breathwork or meditation.  CHANGE YOUR EMBODIED RESPONSE BASED ON YOUR NEW IDENTITY.  Your nervous system changes with emotion, belief and repetition. The more you change your response to external situations, you prove to your nervous system it’s safe. You prove to yourself you can do it & you will begin to believe this new reality is available to you because your RESPONSE and actions change. You feel ABLE. 15. Notice the old pattern, pause and instead of acting as the old self, act out as if you are the new version of you that already has it.  16.
