@mytimetaless: My go to single serve chocolate chip cookie recipe! Ingredients - 1 tbsp (14 g) melted unsalted butter - 1/2 tbsp milk (microwave for a few seconds so that it’s not cold) - 1 tbsp granulated sugar or brown sugar - 1/8 tsp vanilla - 2 tbsp + 1 tsp (21 g) all purpose flour - Pinch of baking soda - Pinch of salt - chocolate chips Instructions - In a bowl, add the melted butter, sugar, milk, and vanilla. Mix until everything is combined.
 - Then add the flour, salt, and baking soda and fold until no streaks of flour remain. Add the chocolate chips and mix again.
 - Freeze the dough for about 6-7 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 375℉ (190℃).
 - When ready to bake, place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 11-12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown. Be careful not to over bake. It’ll look slightly soft and gooey in the center when it first comes out the oven but it continues to cook from the residual heat of the pan as it cools.
