DNS over TLS or DNS over HTTP routing through an exit node is a must. I personally use DNS over TLS through Quad9. But that’s still not enough😔😔

There are ways to harden your phone but for complete anonymity on a cellular network it’s pretty much impossible. Curious if flip phones can be made to be completely anonymous ?

Encrypted dns doesn’t do anything unless the SNI is encrypted. You can snoop domain names by sniffing for the TLS client hello packet
