there's not a law that states you cannot take pictures of prisoners. what's happening here is this gentleman thinks he has the power and the authority to tell you what to do. and he does not it's just another case of what happens when you give human being a little bit of power it goes straight to their head. there's no law being broken or crying being committed this gentleman has no 30 of you but he's going to try to push his authority on you. we need to make sure he gets reprimanded discipline for a day maybe take a week's pay away for his actions
