As someone who got pulled over DUI passing the field tests but refusing the breathalyzer, regardless of your impaired state, your better off failing the test driving with an interlock device for a year. My DL got suspended but worked out of state so I kept driving and got pulled over everytime I was about to finish my year suspension pushing back the date to get my license back. Took 10 years 😭
