There is a guy on TikTok that dose caster lifts the drawer mods and what not, look up the caster lifts. I believe there 2-6 inches that you can choose from.

Use the caster risers if you don’t want to do the drawers. And you can add them to the hutch also so everything lifts up uniformly

I have same set up. I cut pvc pipe to use as risers to get the hutch higher. I cut 6 pieces and painted them black. It works, looks good and you get an extra shelve in between hutch and box.

If they had a way to change mounts to where if you have a hitch or top box you can move the height of the mounts to be latching into the hutch and a support that latches into the lower box. Keeping it flush might even be able to mod it to do that.

Nice looking box. You might be able to put a couple of small rubber spacers between the bottom of the locker and lower box to even the space from the bottom to top.

I emailed HF about the height. Told them to come out with a two drawer about 5-6” full length. So 2 extra 72” drawers. To go in between and raise the hutch. They loves the idea. Shal see if they do.
