That is Navy Federal protocol. I did that shit every day. what he’s explaining is how Navy Federal does the loan check. But for situations like this, we always tell the customers to have a bit of sale come in, and we can create a copy of it for you. He needs to sue

Ummm 😳but fraud was committed… no bill of sale for the intended purpose (vehicle purchase). If the sale fell through … you don’t get to keep the money (secured loan… ie collateral would be the vehicle). If it was an unsecured loan them check would be in the name of person who applied and then the would be able to do whatever the wanted with the money.
