Sean is a loser and a liar. he has stated in plenty of videos that he has a DL, he just doesn't want to show it. there are plenty of publicly funded buildings that require ID. the white house is probably the most famous publicly funded building in the world and you can't get in without ID (and a background check). most state Capitol offices require ID.
