have pcos also and struggled to ovulate on my own my dr did blood work and see my a1c levels were high so he put me on monjuro to lower them and help weight loss and with dieting I lost 65lbs and then it lowered my testosterone too amd August 5th after almost 2 yrs of ttc I found out im pregnant, prayers and sending baby dust ❤️
