this is becoming more normal matter of fact they're not the only company to require pictures insurance carriers can ask for pictures of your car to show damages that were already there before coverages start too welcome to the internet age

Enterprise, Budget, Avis look for scratches over a dollar length and gold ball size dents. Never had a problem with any of them and I've rented a lot of cars over the years.
