Seems to be a mechanical and software error to me. A similar incident happened to ANA Boeing 787-8 in 2019. Fortunately, they were already landing on the runway

The Air India crash was Pilot Suicide after not coping with the grief of losing his Mum. Unfortunately he chose to mass murder with it. Nothing to do with Engine Failure. You cut the fuel off to any Engine and it will stop.

Are you serious, Josh? You posted this video WITH the context of the preliminary report, that clearly indicates that the fuel cutoff switches were manually moved by somebody on the flight deck shortly after liftoff. You trying to spin the story like this and invite speculation on if this was caused some sort of Boeing issue is blatantly irresponsible and ignorant of the facts provided. Stick to the facts, misdirected speculation helps nobody, especially those who are already afraid of flying.
