Fly through Dublin, US preclearance. Land as a domestic flight and can go straight to your connecting gate

I flew from Newcastle England to London Heathrow then to Miami and on to Guatemala my bag went on the plane at Newcastle and never seen it until I got to Guatemala so not true about your bag had a special label for the bag to go all the way through and was same on way back

That’s not always the case. We travelled through Portland from Alaska to London and we didn’t have to go through security or collect our bags at Portland.
