I heard that if you’re already doing vertical pressing movements like incline bench etc you don’t really need to do over head press to build big shoulders…. Starting to wonder if this is true or not

I don’t typically do over head presses because they tend to hurt after a set or two. Instead I do front cable raises and other upper chest movements to make up for that. Is that okay?
