is it just me or I get anxiety when I see people walking up the stairs. like, can you get ptsd from pots symptoms? (as someone with cptsd) sometimes seeing people do things that would cause me a flare up i feel something to a ptsd thing being triggered.

mine is weird then. it takes out my whole vision, and I get cold and shakey, and dizzy and my head starts to hurt. but it only lasts like 30 secs
