@bwardddddd: Used the Lemond Method to get the saddle height. Feels pretty solid, no pain. Could maybe push the areo pads up a little. #cycling #tribike #bikefitting #lemondmethod #ironmantr #triathlontraining #triathlon
I would second what the guy said up top. You look good, but if you have the adjustability with the bike (some older bikes don’t) add a bunch of stack height. Want to close the gap between your hands/bars and your head, the aero nerds call it closing the bag. The more you can close that bag, the lower your drag coefficient, the less watts you have to push in order to achieve desired speed

lower the saddle a bit if prolonged rides lead to back numbness, then tilt forward if u feel over extended

Try a virtual bike fit from Velo AI bike fits. Seat looks about 1cm too high and 2cm too far forward

not an expert but the saddle looks too high because your hips are rocking quite a bit

Seems like you’re reaching at the bottom of the stroke. Foot/ankle extends, hips dip. Not sure how that works out once in proper position on the bars

Saddle is a little high losing some power at the bottom of the stroke, looks good in terms of distance to aero bars want to have your toes and knee aligned. Awro position is decent but doesn’t look comfortable for a 70.3/ full. Comfort should take priority with the longer distances maybe raise the bars a couple mm to be able to stay in aero for whole race (look at modern day tri positions)
