I had a job like this. the guy had an irrational fear of being replaced and sabotaged every other person walking into the door when we needed 3 more people. he got canned, thankfully but the STRESS of his antics. 🙃

this is a toxic culture for a business. the new hire won't last and they will spend a lot more money trying to replace the ones that keep leaving. management needs to get a hold of this soon or it will impact the customers if it hasn't already!
