@alexskitchenbangers: Hot Honey Mac and Cheese 😍 The ultimate comfort food dinner 🤤 I’ve been seeing these everywhere on my FYP (especially the crispy tenders 🥲) and I was seriously craving it. So I made a macro friendly version that is absolutely BANGIN. ➡️ Never know what to cook for dinner? Grab your first month on my recipe app for 99p using the code APP90 💕 link in my bio Ingredients (serves 2): 135g dry macaroni pasta 20g honey 2 tbsp hot sauce 60g light cream cheese 120ml semi-skimmed milk warmed 1 tsp garlic granules ¼ tsp dijon mustard 40g half fat cheddar grated 20g red leicester cheese grated 30g mozzarella grated 100g cubed chicken breast 1 tsp smoked paprika 💕Bring the pasta to boil in a large pan of salted water. Cook according to packet instructions. 💕Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. 💕Mix together the honey and 1 tbsp hot sauce. Set to one side. 💕In a separate pan over low heat, melt the cream cheese. 💕Gradually whisk in the warmed milk until smooth. 💕Add in ½ tsp garlic granules along with the dijon mustard, 2 tsp of the hot honey, the remaining tbsp hot sauce along with ½ of the grated cheeses. Stir over low heat until smooth. 💕Once the pasta is cooked, toss with the sauce. 💕Transfer to a dish and top with the remaining cheese. Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese has melted. Finish under a hot grill for a minute or two for a crispier top (avoid baking for longer as the pasta will dry up!). 💕Whilst the cheese melts, toss the chicken with the smoked paprika and remaining ½ tsp garlic granules. Pan fry for 6-7 minutes until cooked through. Pour in 1 and ½ tsp of the hot honey sauce and toss with the chicken. 💕Drizzle the remaining hot honey over the top of the cooked pasta before topping with the cooked chicken bites.
