@neurodivinityxo: idk if it's an autism thing but I always seek out people who remind me of myself because I struggle to understand other kinds of ppl #autistiktok #autisminwomen #autism #actuallyautistic
i think a lot of stereotypical masculinity is performative tbh

Matriarchy is in our DNA. Men only fear it because they assume it would mirror patriarchy.

I feel the opposite but I crave HEALTHY masculinity. The protective, safe, stillness. Could be life changing for an autistic woman if it’s healthy 😭

i just like men who aren't afraid to feel. i don't care about looks but if you're going to only let anger out yet never cry cuz its "not manly" then I see that as childish and just offputting. i need someone who can communicate their feelings to me, not hide them cuz they make them look weak

Nah I like a gruff “masculine” man. It’s the ones who aren’t embodied in their masculinity and don’t let themselves feel (most of them) that are immediate icks

it IS inauthentic and off-putting (cause it's inauthentic 😂). I think the inauthenticity is caused by learned behavior, social normal and cultural influences. also goes the other way i think (autistic men liking women who don't act or look like super stereotypical women that much, like, I do)

As an AuDHD myself I’ve never felt at home performing masculinity in the sterotypical way and have always felt truly seen by women who are also AuDHD. Sucks that it’s often hard for us all to find each other

Not even just for autistic women, women that are noble and actually knows what they want. Won’t settle for anything that feels inauthentic

i thought feminine men was like psychologically studied to be more attractive, masculine features in women and feminine features in men

i think its cause autistic people have been seen to care less about gendered norms. This has even influenced how voices develop for both genders (autistic men having higher pitched voices than other men and autistic women having lower pitched voices compared to other women)
