one of my best friends was having her first day of her new job in that building. She was about to leave right before it happened. I’m so thankful that she was able to stay safe ❤️

Oh my God that's so scary! This is the first time of I've heard about it and looked at the news. My heart goes out to those poor people affected😞😞 I'm glad Miles wasn't at work. Can't imagine how you guys are feeling. When we held the UN in Cardiff, my workplace was a potential terror target so we had armed police with AK47s patrolling and I've never been so terrified. You could see customers visibly react to the presence, everyone would go quiet. The fact that shootings are so normal is heartbreaking😭

I can feel your stress it was similar for me and my family after 911. My father worked two blocks from the World Trade Center. The first day back was very difficult for all of us just cause we were very scared.
