I have 2021 Hyundai Tucson. Ive had the p420 code for almost 1.5 years and its still driving great. The check engine light has twice went off for days then to randomly comes back on. What would that indicate? I really dont think its my catalytic converter.

My car is at 179,789. The car has a hard time going past 20mph and gets stuck until I pump the gas multiple times. It also shakes pretty hard and looses power. There is no backfire or strong smell though.
