Just watched this movie for the first time today and it really is one of the greatest movies ever made. Not a single second of this movie felt wasted, the dialogue is some of the best I’ve ever heard and despite all but two of these characters never getting any names mentioned throughout the movie I was so engaged with each and every one of them they were all so well written and memorable. After this I want to start watching more older movies from this era because if this and rear window and some of the others I’ve seen from this era are indicative of what I’ve been missing out on I need to see more of these classics
