You should try and detox it starts inside to out heal your gut health and drink spearmint tea ! I have acne too ! Stay positive 🥰 I’ve literally been on everything every percent of tret and 0.1 % dapsone gel, adapelne, benzoyl peroxide azelic acid anua medicube gycolic acid everything and almost acutane ! I think it was kinda a hormone thing because it got better on its own I think but you should definitely try that !

my face was the same way at the start of accutane. i was MISERABLE. holding an ice pack on it was the only thing that helped with the pain

If only we knew the root cause of why our bodies do this and cure it. Ive had cystic acne since I turned 25 and the scars make me so sad 😩

dont apply th3 ice directlyyy, it can burn your skin. it burnt mine😭😭I udually put a lil towel on it or ice my face with water

I’m breaking out as bad as you are I’ve had it for so long I can’t seem to get rid of it until my doctor prescribed me clindamycin and tretinoin and im slowly seeing results 😩. we will get through this!!

Loved doing this so much , What helped for my crazy acne was cucumbers as a mask always felt an amazing cooling effect after putting my skin through so much . At my lowest I begged to go on meds for my acne but I finally found Clindamycin phosphate topical gel that help my acne soooo much 💗

Hope for you to stay strong and healthy. Only know everything will go away by time and have to be patient with it, I had strong hormonal acne and struggled for months. Cerave helped me a lot. Stay strong🫶🏼🤍
