✨Jacque✨ :
Former elementary music teacher here- you’re so real for wanting to redo all your rules and procedures. I feel that so deeply. 🤣

Ya know it’s a good thing you document these things for us to also enjoy cause you basically wrote the letter without writing the letter

Do you have a list of all the lost titles? Maybe we can replace them with newer printings and also improve your library age. 😃

Then, making you change your password right before you go on summer break is diabolical. I have problems remembering mine when I have to change it right before I go on my days off.

I got that good dopamine rush of walking into a clean room when you went into the back room. Everything looks so good. Happy start to a new year 💜

Kriss_10 :
When I was in elementary school I wanted to be a school librarian because I thought that when they didn’t have students in the library they could just read all day.

It only makes sense for meetings to be held in an auditorium or the cafeteria. the library is your work space. would they hold meetings in the classroom of a teacher not involved?? (i say this with some sarcasm as I am a kid of two teachers and know how often the library is thought of as public space and not a teacher's workspace)

Password resets are not fun. I once had one change and I forgot it between putting it in, and getting a chance to write it down. The only way that tech support would let me recover it was for my manager to call. I said we’ve got a problem, he’s not available. To which they replied, “unfortunately you’re going to have to call him at home.” I said “normally I don’t have an issue calling him at home, but I’m going to get his voicemail and he’s not going to respond for 2 weeks. He’s on vacation, on and before you tell me to call him on his vacation, that’s not going to work either, since he’s on a cruise.”
