be careful on what you eat now. cut down the fried, fatty, and for me I cant do spicy anymore. also fiber intake is going to be important 🤣 just from my experience. mine has been gone since 2010

I remember those well. Don’t worry the scars will fade until you can barely see them. It’s been 13 years for me and I can really only see the scar right in my belly button.
