I want to apologize on behalf of your family for all the harm they did to you growing up. Because a person who feels the need to be perfect in every way, physically, intellectually, and spiritually, demonstrates the need to prove to themselves that they are enough. And sometimes people with this type of childhood trauma create an altered ego to feel sufficient, and the way they feed that ego is by criticizing others and comparing their goals with those of others, whether physically, intellectually, or spiritually. I'm sorry you've had to fight so hard within yourself to feel accepted, even though that acceptance is only given to you by yourself. I apologize to that inner child who suffered because they didn't know how to give her acceptance or love, and she wasn't nurtured enough to know that love doesn't grow by judging and criticizing others. I'm sorry for what you've been through... I hope that one day you can open your eyes and understand that the world is a thousand times better when we love and respect each other.

This may come off as judgmental because it sounds like a personal standard is being shared as universal truth. Saying someone shouldn’t date unless they’re physically fit can feel more like a rule than a reflection. Wholeness isn’t a fixed point it’s an ongoing journey. Sharing from an “I” perspective invites connection, while “you” statements can feel like projection. When we’re truly embodied in our truth, it speaks for itself no need to preach.

I say this with all love and sincerity sis. You could really be helping those of us who are trying to get our bodies in order. Tearing us down is in no way helping. You could use your platform for good and be a hero but instead you chose to be a villain. You’re a beautiful woman, and you didn’t have to do this. I would’ve loved for you to help somebody like me.
