The PILOT got off the plane to escort me on once after the gates had closed and I will never get over it. She kept me from missing my best friends wedding I was in 😭💖

That’s my home girl and very good sis Talina “Tee” 😍🥰 She is the absolute sweetest agent in all of Newark. She brightens everyone’s day!!! I’m happy that others get to see the absolute ANGEL that she really is. She’s such a light 💫

Unaccompanied minors often have issues with security (and getting the nonflying parent/guardian thru security) since they dont always have any ID on them, they dont have to have a passport. You have to checkin with an actual agent presecurity, they probably called and got them to wait

Yeah she didn’t ask the crew anything. If they are minors she got the approval from dispatch and probably made sure the pilots knew why they were waiting.

they had to do this for me and my brother, I was 13 and he was 7 and I was navigating SeaTac by myself. had to get someone to help me and thankfully they escorted me to the gate, was only like 2 minutes late 😭

this happened to my hubby and me going to ST Thomas....we weren't allowed to check but we had TSA precheck so we ran through TSA reach our gate and 1 delta worker was rapping up and greeted us by our names and said go go go go we ran so quick THANK DELTA

I was traveling from Cali to Ky for my moms wedding. And the pilot seen me freaking out . He signaled for me to calm down . And had the crew come get me . 😭
