Yes, lots of dentists and doctors say pregnancy don't affect your teeth or hair..but there's me without 6 teeth and half hair fell out..so I understand you

THIS IS HOW I STOPPED GETTING CAVITIES: floss (🙄), oil pull (smth w clove oil/coconut oil), tongue scrape, brush and DONT RINSE. Don’t eat at least 30 min after

Oh my dentist asked me what’s going on with my teeth. Told him I had just had a kid so it isn’t the first thing I worry about and he told me “I have 2 twins the same age as yours and my wife is doing amazing” well good for her bc I’m a single mom without a husband that works in the dentist field 🙂 I just laid there holding tears back
