This is as clear proof as it gets, the police dept needs to be defunded… They are no where knowledgeable enough to identify or deal with mental issues. This is such a disgrace to society 🙄

why are our officers not trained in common medical conditions? It is not difficult, I did it in 1 class and I can easily recognize when ppl are having mental health problems, medical problems or behavioral problems...... and then that leaves the intoxication problems..... it's a process of elimination, really if you can't easily recognize them.. As a police officer, Please help your community and learn about such things!
